Account deletion
Peptified US and Peptified UK use one shared customer identity. Deleting your account removes that sign-in from both storefronts.
Delete it securely from your account
- Sign in to Peptified.
- Open your Account page.
- Scroll to Delete your account.
- Type DELETE and verify your identity using a connected sign-in method.
Need deletion support?
Contact us from the email address associated with the account if you cannot sign in, cannot complete re-verification, or need help resolving a creator balance before deletion.

Firebase authentication details, the active Peptified user profile, creator profile where applicable, and saved US/UK carts are removed. Staff/admin accounts cannot use self-service deletion, and creators must first resolve any non-zero fulfilment balance.
Completed order, payment, refund, creator-accounting, fraud/security and audit records may be retained for the period required to operate the business or meet legal, tax, payment and regulatory obligations. These records are not kept as an active customer account and are no longer available through the deleted login.
